World-class talent from all over the world.

David Droga
Growing up in an Australian ski resort, David dreamed of touring the world as a ski instructor—but his imagination would take him down a different path. In 2006, dissatisfied with helping other companies flourish, he launched Droga5 in New York City. Over the course of his career, David has received an embarrassment of personal accolades, but he’s much happier discussing his family, sports or anything Australian.

Bill Scott
Bill joined the Droga5 London office as CEO in November 2015. He arrived from Grey London (part of the Grey Global Group), where he was Group Managing Director, managing the operations of the London office working across a number of global and domestic clients. Prior to Grey, Bill was at BBH for 13 years, where he was Client Services Director and Managing Partner. His client portfolio experience includes Audi UK, Unilever, Associated Newspapers, Gordon’s Gin, RAC and Waitrose. He also did a two year stint in BBH Singapore, where he worked on Mercedes-Benz, Johnnie Walker and Unilever across the Asia-Pacific region.

Heather Cuss
Heather joined Droga5 in 2016 as Group Account Director, before becoming Managing Director in 2019. Since joining Droga5, she has run the agency’s biggest and most creative accounts, accounts, including Pan-European work for Danone, SEAT and Unilever brands Radox & Impulse, as well as winning pitches for Barclaycard and Amazon.
Heather is the business lead across all Amazon projects, having grown the account since the original Prime Video assignment in 2017 into a relationship that now spans multiple client teams across London, Seattle and Los Angeles.
Prior to Droga5 Heather was at BBH, where she was Business Lead across a range of UK and global brands including Unilever, Britvic and Huawei.

Stephanie McArdle
Stephanie McArdle joined Droga5 in 2017, and has since gone on to lead key creative campaigns and end-to-end brand identities including the star of the Greenwich Design District “The Tide”, female founded startup Karma Kitchen, and Ukrainian subscription app-business Setapp. As an art director Steph blends together distinct visual worlds with striking messaging, seen across her work on Vestiaire Collective and Diet Coke.

Elaine Robbins-Hallam
Elaine is our Operations Director, creating an environment that enables everyone at Droga5 London to make the most impactful work of their careers. In her six years at the agency Elaine has supported the agency growth from a small 20 person studio, to a home of over 100 employees in London, all whilst maintaining the agency’s trademarked culture and challenger mindset.
Elaine‘s role has been the seamless transition from a small independent agency to a pivotal player within the wider Accenture Song family. Under Elaine‘s stewardship the agency has collected multiple agency of the year awards, both as an independent and acquisition – all testament to Elaine‘s ability to continue setting the right conditions for success as the agency grows. In addition to the smooth running of the growing agency, Elaine steers all agency cultural initiatives; from thought leadership events like the Green Pivot to the infamous Watling Day, Elaine ensures every Droga5 event, communication – even merch – gets the same craft and attention that our Superbowl spots command.
